    • If you choose a public transportation tour, a one-day tour (8 hours) averages more than 20,000 steps (about 14 kilometers). There are also some routes that are not barrier-free, and you may have to go up and down stairs.
    • *You can completely customize the tour. Our experienced guide will make your own itinerary as your personal assistant in Japan. *In order to do that, please be sure to provide us with a phone number or e-mail address where we can reach you. *If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to inform us of the details. *Tours using public transportation involve walking more than 20,000 steps. There may be occasional use of stairs and long stretches of continuous walking. *Both meeting point and drop off point should be in Tokyo central area.
    • The passengers can set the meeting point at any hotel in Tokyo 23 wards. We do not pick up / drop off at outside of Tokyo 23 ward (ex. Maihama, Urayasu, Yokohama etc), cruise terminal that is not listed, Narita airport. If it is within the 23 wards of Tokyo, hotels that are not on the list can also be specified as pickup points, but if you are unable to fill in the name of the hotel as a pickup point, please let us know. By private vehicle - Additional charge will apply if meeting point located outside of Tokyo. - Cancellations are free of charge until 72 hours before the departure, after which the full amount will be charged. By public transport - Meeting point must be within Tokyo 23 ward. *There are many hotels with similar names, and there are the same hotel chains in various places. Please check the name and address carefully so that the guide can pick you up on time. *Tokyo Disney land hotel is not located at Tokyo but in Chiba.
